Transforming your photo into a unique print is a simple and transparent process, built with you.
1. Quick Exchange: Your Vision at the Heart of the Project
As soon as your order is placed, contact will be made within a maximum of 24 hours by email, and then by phone if you wish.
Time will be taken to discuss with you to understand the story behind your photo, what you'd like to highlight, and the desired atmosphere.
This is YOUR project, and your input will be listened to carefully to fully grasp your wishes.
2. Zero Stress, Guaranteed! Your Satisfaction, an Absolute Priority
Our aim? That you like the result 100 %! Don't panic: if a detail doesn't suit you, you can request up to 3 changes to ensure that the design matches what you had in mind. This is your guarantee that everything will be perfect in your eyes. As for the production time, please allow a maximum of 30 days for your personalised poster to be ready (a slight extension may be possible depending on the number of requests).
3. An Exceptional Finish: Print Paper Quality
Once your design has been approved, the printing process begins. Hahnemühle papers are selected to guarantee accurate colours and details on your personalised poster. The preferred size for printing is 50×70 cm, but we can offer you the size of your choice on request. When you place your order, you can choose the option with or without frame.
4. How much does your Personalized Print cost?
Investing in a personalised poster means creating an image that reflects you, drawn entirely by hand.
Every detail is meticulously crafted, representing dozens of hours of work.
For a standard 50x70 cm size, here are the options:
- Classic Option: 150 €
- Creative Option: 200 €
These prices are valid for the creation and printing of a non-framed print on Hahnemühle paper in 50x70 cm format. Framing options and the choice of other sizes are available when you place your order.
Classic or Creative Option?
Once we've exchanged ideas and everything is clear, I'll start work and send you an initial design proposal.
Whether for a couple, family, or friends poster, or to capture unique bonds like a personalized poster with animals (couple and animals, family and animals, or family with dog), the poster will be created according to your wishes.
You will then have the choice between two clear options for the creation of your personalized print:
Classic Option
A Faithful Reproduction! If you have a very precise idea in mind, the drawing is created faithfully according to your photo, without adding any personal touch or external elements. The result is a faithful reproduction of your photograph.
Creative Option
You can give me a photo, and I will transform it completely with my vision: I can change its ambiance, transpose it into a new universe, etc. Or, if you have a general idea in mind (like "a poster with the sea, an old lighthouse, and a fishing boat" or "a Parisian cafe scene on a rainy day"), I will make you a creative proposal.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY
Free delivery to all the countries we ship to!
Delivery time 5 to 9 working days in secure packaging.
Prints and prints are shipped flat in a secure envelope up to a maximum size of 60 cm x 40 cm. Larger prints will be shipped on a roll due to format and production.
The poster will be wrapped around a roll to avoid the risk of distortion, protected by special paper, and placed in a rigid cardboard box.
Returns not accepted
These products cannot be taken back or reimbursed, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes personalised products from the right of withdrawal.
Replacement in the event of a fault
In the event of visible damage (folds, bumps, inaccurate margins, paper errors), I will provide a free replacement.
Simply send me a photo of the poster concerned within 7 days of delivery.

All you have to do is request by mail, a link to the work in the requested size will then be sent to you.

Each print is made on the finest Hahnemühle papers, known for their quality and exceptional rendering.
The paper is selected according to the style of each image, to ensure an optimal result that stays true to the mood of the artwork.
