How can I be sure that my poster will arrive in good condition?
Works are shipped flat (up to 60×40 cm) or in reinforced tubes/cartons for larger sizes.
Any damaged poster or photograph will be resent to you free of charge.
What happens if I am not satisfied with the prints?
Returns and replacements
Returns are accepted for limited edition posters and photographs, within 14 days after receipt.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition, well protected.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
In the event of a defect or damage
If the photograph is damaged (transport, printing error: format, margins, paper), a new print will be provided free of charge.
Send a photo of the print concerned within 7 days of receipt. After verification, the replacement will be initiated.

What should I do if my parcel is damaged?
Refuse the parcel at delivery and note "parcel refused due to damage" on the delivery slip.
How does delivery work?
Timeframe: 5 to 9 working days, secure packaging.
Prints and posters are shipped flat (up to 60×40 cm) or in a tube/rigid box for larger sizes.
The poster is rolled around a tube, protected by specific papers.
The certificate of authenticity, signed by hand, is sent separately and free of charge.
What type of paper should you use for your prints?
Works printed on Hahnemühle fine art paper suitable for each image to ensure the highest quality.
How much will postage cost?
Free delivery in all serviced countries.

How can I track my order?
At each stage, you will receive an email: order confirmation, payment confirmation, and shipping notification.
