Return and replacement policy

All the posters and photographs shown here are printed on demand with the greatest care.

Depending on the type of product ordered, return conditions may vary.

Below are the terms and conditions for :

- limited edition photographs,
- limited edition posters,
- customised posters, created to your specifications.

Limited edition photographs

Each photograph is printed in a limited edition, numbered and signed, on art paper.

Returns accepted

In accordance with the law (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code), you have 14 days from receipt to change your mind.

The work must be returned in its original condition, unframed and well protected in suitable packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the print. The refund will be made after receipt and verification of the returned print.

Replacement in the event of a fault

If the photograph has been damaged in transit or if there has been an error in the printing (dimensions, paper, margins), I will make a new print free of charge.

Simply send me a photo of the work concerned within 7 days of receipt. After verification, the replacement will be launched promptly.

Limited edition posters

The limited edition posters are also printed on demand, numbered, signed and delivered with their certificate of authenticity.

Returns accepted

The 14-day right of withdrawal applies to posters as long as they have not been personalised.

The poster must be returned in perfect condition, in its original packaging or equivalent.
Once I have received and checked the poster, I will proceed with the refund.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Replacement in the event of a fault

In the event of visible damage (folds, bumps, inaccurate margins, paper errors), I will provide a free replacement.
Simply send me a photo of the poster concerned within 7 days of delivery.

Customised posters

Customised posters are created according to your specifications: format, style, message, visual, etc.

No return possible

These products cannot be taken back or reimbursed, in accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which excludes personalised products from the right of withdrawal.

Replacement in the event of a problem

If a technical error is found (printing problem, wrong format, wrong paper) or if the poster has been damaged during delivery, I will reprint it free of charge.
The request must be made within 7 days of receipt, and must include a photo.
